About Niccole Pierre-Williams
Healing from trauma and self-exploration through creativity inspired my journey as an art therapist. From splatter painting to lyrical poetry and beyond, I believe the creative arts open the mind to deeper understanding and self-acceptance. I graduated from Excelsior University with my B.A. in art education, and began my professional career as a visual arts teacher with students aged 6 -18. It was here where I gained experience using creative arts to help young people express themselves through various artistic modalities. With my experience and passion for working with children, I expanded my education with a master’s degree from Southwestern College in Santa Fe in art therapy and counseling. It has been a true gift to use expressive arts therapy to guide both children and adults through mental health and self-exploration. It is my goal and my honor to provide compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe therapeutic service to my clients as they navigate their own mental health journeys.
