Elite DNA uses a a tool called Zoom to connect with our patients who opt into telehealth instead of in-person appointments. You can access Zoom through your desktop or laptop computer, or via mobile device (smartphone or tablet). You must have an internet connection in order to access Zoom.
If you have a telehealth appointment with Elite DNA, you will receive Zoom ID and password 90 minutes prior to your appointment. If your appointment is taking place in less than 90 minutes, please call your office directly using our location map.
