About Mina Ramzy

am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. I believe that every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and treated with dignity. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in their treatment. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, collaboration, and open communication.

My journey into psychiatry began during my years as a behavioral health registered nurse, where I cared for patients experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions in both inpatient and acute psychiatric settings. These experiences strengthened my passion for helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams taught me the importance of treating each patient as a whole person rather than simply focusing on a diagnosis.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am committed to delivering individualized, patient-centered care that combines thoughtful medication management with education, encouragement, and supportive counseling. I recognize that no two patients are alike, and I believe treatment plans should reflect each person’s unique goals, values, lifestyle, and life experiences. I value shared decision-making and work collaboratively with my patients to develop realistic, effective treatment strategies that promote long-term wellness.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Chamberlain University and am nationally board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I remain committed to lifelong learning and staying current with evidence-based practices so I can provide the highest quality care to my patients.

Whether someone is seeking treatment for the first time or has been managing a mental health condition for years, my goal is to provide compassionate, respectful, and comprehensive care that empowers patients to improve their mental health and overall quality of life. I consider it a privilege to partner with my patients on their journey toward healing, resilience, and lasting wellness.
