About Laura Karbowski

Laura Karbowski is an Associate Therapist who works with children, families, and individuals navigating emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, and the effects of trauma. Prior to joining Elite DNA, Laura has worked with children ages 2-11, which strengthened her passion for supporting young children and their caregivers while also working with adolescents and adults seeking greater understanding, healing, and personal growth.

Laura’s approach is person-centered and collaborative, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. When working with children, she often incorporates play-based and developmentally appropriate techniques to help them express their emotions, build coping skills, and process experiences.

Laura is a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapist (PCIT) and a Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator. Through these evidence-based approaches, she supports parentings in strengthening attachment, improving communication, and building more confident and connected relationships with their children.
