About Danielle Ide

I believe therapy should be a safe, welcoming space where you feel supported and truly heard. I work from a person-centered approach, meeting you where you are while also using tools from CBT and DBT to help manage emotions, shift unhelpful thoughts, and build healthy coping skills. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults as the navigate all the emotions and changes that come with growing up. Whether it’s stress from school, anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, or the lasting impact of bullying, I’m here to help you make sense of it all in a way that feels manageable and empowering. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. If you’re looking for someone who will sit with you, support you without judgment, and help you take things one step at a time, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
