About Alexyss Zuppert

Hi there, and welcome! My name is Alexyss, and I’m a recent graduate from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my work, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches based on what fits the unique needs of the individual best, but I believe that building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. I work with clients across the lifespan, but I feel especially called to support children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I also enjoy working with families and helping improve communication and connection within the home.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you through life’s ups and downs – whether that’s healing from past experiences, building life skills, or working toward becoming a healthier, more balanced version of yourself. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially at first, and I’m truly honored to be part of your journey. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and most importantly, heard.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud first-time mom, which is the most meaningful role in my life. I love long walks, being outdoors, shopping or thrifting, watching Bravo TV, spending time with family and friends, and making things from scratch (especially breads and desserts!)
