About Ada Liz Laureano

I am a dedicated and empathetic listener with over 20 years of experience serving diverse communities across various settings. My background includes roles in nonprofit social service programs, court support services, and the supervision of diversionary programs for drug, alcohol, and family violence for pre-trial clients, as well as transitional housing initiatives.

As an associate therapist, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to navigate and overcome life’s challenges. My academic and professional experience have equipped me with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic methods, enabling me to provide tailored support to clients dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to help clients reframe negative thoughts, identify moments when their challenges felt more manageable, and motivate them to seek effective solutions. Ultimately, my goal is to enhance their overall well-being.

I am dedicated to fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, uncover their inner resilience, and achieve their full potential.
