Elite DNA Behavioral Health is proud to announce that our Founder, CEO, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Elizabeth Dosoretz, has been named an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 Florida Award winner.
Presented by Ernst & Young LLP (EY US), the Entrepreneur Of The Year program is one of the most prestigious business awards in the country, recognizing visionary leaders who are driving innovation, accelerating growth, and creating lasting impact in their industries and communities. For more than 40 years, EY has celebrated entrepreneurs whose leadership and determination have transformed organizations and generated meaningful value for future generations.
This year, Elizabeth was selected as one of only 11 winners from a competitive group of 35 finalists across Florida. Winners were chosen by an independent panel of previous Entrepreneur Of The Year recipients, top CEOs, and business leaders. Candidates were evaluated based on long-term value creation, entrepreneurial spirit, purpose-driven leadership, and significant growth and impact.
For those who know Elizabeth and the story behind Elite DNA Behavioral Health, this recognition reflects years of dedication, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to improving access to quality behavioral healthcare.
What began as a vision to provide comprehensive, compassionate mental health services has grown into a leading behavioral healthcare organization serving communities throughout Florida, Virginia, and Alabama. Under Elizabeth’s leadership, Elite DNA has expanded access to care for thousands of patients while fostering a culture centered on clinical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and service.
While this recognition bears Elizabeth’s name, her message is clear: this achievement belongs to the entire Elite DNA Behavioral Health family.
“I am incredibly honored and grateful to be named an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Florida winner,” said Dosoretz. “This recognition belongs to the hundreds of people at Elite DNA Behavioral Health who show up every day to care for patients, solve problems, support one another, and live our mission. It belongs to the people who believed in us when there was nothing materialized yet, and to those who left safety at different points in their careers because they believed in what we were building.”
She continued:
“Thank you to our patients for trusting us with your care. It is a privilege we never take for granted. Thank you to Ernst & Young, and to the team that took the time to travel to Fort Myers, meet our team, learn our story, and truly understand our mission. I am a very small part of this. This award belongs to our team, our patients, and everyone who has been part of this journey. Thank you.”
Elizabeth’s words reflect the values that have guided Elite DNA Behavioral Health since its founding: a belief that meaningful impact is achieved through people, purpose, and a shared commitment to improving lives.
This recognition is not only a celebration of entrepreneurial achievement but also a testament to the extraordinary team members who make our mission possible every day. From clinicians and support staff to operational leaders and community partners, each person has played a role in building an organization dedicated to delivering accessible, high-quality behavioral healthcare.
As Elite DNA continues to grow, this award serves as both a milestone and a reminder of the responsibility we carry to our patients, communities, and team members. We remain committed to expanding access to care, advancing innovation in behavioral health, and creating positive outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.
Please join us in congratulating Elizabeth Dosoretz on this remarkable achievement and thanking the entire Elite DNA Behavioral Health team for their continued dedication to our mission.
Together, we celebrate this honor and look forward to the future we are building—one patient, one community, and one life at a time.
