Update Sunday, Oct. 2 at 1:15 pm:

We are so sad to see the devastation that hurricane Ian caused our community. Our hearts break for our friends and family who experienced losses, from their homes to loved ones. Our team at Elite DNA are in the process of working on reopening our SWFL offices so that we can provide much needed mental health services as soon as possible.

All offices are open this week for in person and telehealth with the exception of Cape Coral, Port Charlotte-Tamiami Trail and Venice – opening updates in progress, we are working diligently to reopen safely.Thank you for your patience as we work to get back to normalcy.

*Please note* our call center has limited availability while we work to restore our systems. It is important that you call your office directly using the phone numbers on our map: https://elitedna.com/find-a-location/

Due to Hurricane Ian approaching Florida the week of September 26th, Elite DNA will be experiencing some closures and changes in service to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. The safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff are of the highest priority to us. Please note that while some offices may be serving patients, appointments may be moved to telehealth/virtual. If your appointment has been moved to telehealth, please wait for virtual appointment information which will be sent to you 90 minutes prior to your appointment. Please contact your office directly during business hours at the phone number listed in our interactive map with questions.

This page will continually be updated, so please check back soon for additional changes and for updates on operating days that are still to be determined.

If you do not see a date specified below, then it will be business as usual.
