About Victoria Fallon
Victoria Fallon, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with five years of experience providing thoughtful, client-centered therapy to adolescents, teens, young adults, adults and families. She works with a wide range of concerns and is especially passionate about supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges and personal growth.
Victoria takes a collaborative therapeutic approach, meeting clients where they are and working together to identify strategies that feel practical and effective for their unique needs. She draws from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while remaining flexible and integrative in her work to ensure therapy feels personalized.
Victoria’s professional background includes early work in case management, where she helped individuals and families connect with vital community resources. She also has experience in early intervention, supporting young children and families during critical developmental periods, an experience that continues to inform her holistic understanding of emotional and relational health. Victoria has provided individual and group therapy in crisis residential settings and outpatient.
