As a dedicated therapist, I am deeply passionate about supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges and transitions of early life. I believe in creating a warm, authentic space for growth, often drawing inspiration from the tranquility of the beach and the wisdom found in a great book. My life outside the office is beautifully full and lively, shared with my four dogs, two cats, and a very supportive husband. Being a wife, daughter, and sister keeps me grounded and serves as a constant reminder of the importance of connection and family dynamics. I strive to bring that same sense of empathy and relatability to every session, helping my clients feel truly seen and understood.
