Toni Nicole Lopez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, mother of three, and current PhD student for counselor education and supervision with years of experience in various settings. Toni caters to most of the forms of mental health need with her expertise most notably in the area of major depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar, complex-post traumatic stress disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, from adolescence to seniors. Toni has the most experience with populations involved with domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, issues, relationship problems, behavioral concerns, and women’s issues. Toni was a domestic violence and sex trafficking counselor in New York where she often advocated for victims in court proceedings, community outreach, and fundraisers. She also has held positions as a counselor in inpatient and outpatient facilities of New York and been on the front line during the pandemic and fentanyl crisis which added to her resilience, drive, and compassion as a therapist. Toni previously also practiced in psychological evaluation for court mandates and school accommodations for behavioral intervention while also conducting mandatory parenting, anger management, and domestic violence classes.

The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement which shows her dedication and love for the field through consistent advancement in mental health modalities to best serve those under her care. Toni prides herself on a natural ability to adapt to the needs of those she serves to give the best care possible for any presenting concerns where clients can receive genuine feedback to patterns debilitating their daily functioning. Toni believes in a collaborative approach where individuals are truly masters of our own destinies and that anyone can come to embody their true selves regardless of their current circumstances, with the right supportive environment. Empowerment, resilience, and motivation is Toni’s overall goal when working with individuals in order for them to come to understand their own worth and purpose. Toni is extremely relatable and authentic, coming from a place of life experience and not only education, pledging to be as supportive, nonjudgmental, and empathetic as someone may need in their most troubling or darkest moments.
