About Tiffany Golando

Hello, my name is Tiffany Golando and I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. I am passionate about supporting youth and adolescents through life’s challenges as well as LGBTQIA+ affirming care for all — I bring a compassionate and affirming approach to my work.
I have experience supporting individuals with developmental disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, and family therapy. Using a blend of expressive arts therapy, play therapy, DBT, and CBT, I create a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
In my down time I enjoy engaging in artmaking, going to the dog park with my fur babies, and playing video games for self-care.
