About Tiffani Persechino

My name is Tiffani Persechino, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Central Connecticut State University and my master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University in New York. The field of social work has been a passion of mine for the past 10 years.

I specialize in couples/marriage counseling but also dedicated to working with individuals with anxiety, depression, mood swings, and personality disorders. Some of the techniques and interventions I use include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Supportive Psychotherapy. I strive to build trusting therapeutic relationships and providing a safe place for all individuals. I believe all individuals are capable of change, growth, and living as their best self.
