Hi, I’m Taylor Hendrieth, and I’m so glad you’re here! I specialize in relationship issues, trauma therapy, and anxiety/depression. I combine person-centered and supportive therapeutic techniques to guide clients toward their identified goals. My approach is rooted in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I also utilize Mindfulness practices in sessions to teach clients how to use the breath to effectively recalibrate during distressing moments.
