Tanya Scuccimarra, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Tanya is a Florida native who enjoys pop culture, music, reading, documentaries, academia, and spending quality time with family and friends. Tanya has a background in family issues, relationship issues, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, academic stressors/issues. social problems/bullying, LGBTQIA+ Community Care, and gender identity. Tanya believes that counseling is a collaborative partnership between counselor and client and that clients should be involved in the treatment decision-making process.
