About Tamar Jn-Baptiste

I’m Tamar Jn-Baptiste. I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and am currently a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI). In our sessions, I take a relaxed, team-based approach. Together, we’ll figure out what’s been getting in your way and learn coping skills that fit your life and goals through the use of CBT, client-centered, Adlerian theory, and motivational interviewing. Therapy with me feels more like a real conversation than a lecture, and I work hard to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, understood, and never judged.
