I strive to provide a secure and supportive space for clients to navigate the many challenges life presents. I specialize in working with individuals with disabilities, serious illnesses, chronic pain, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as I personally identify with all of these groups.
My approach is eclectic, meaning I adapt the therapeutic process to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and abilities. I often utilize a combination of skill-building, collaborative problem-solving, and non-judgmental exploration of experiences, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. When possible, I also incorporate clients’ interests, such as art or gaming, into our work.
