I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10+ years of experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant disorder (ODD), Conduct disorder, trauma, self-esteem, grief & loss, family/relationship issues, anger management, and human trafficking. I believe therapy is collaborative and can be tailored to each individual’s strengths and needs. Treatment approaches will vary according to the individual needs of the patient. These approaches are researched based- best practices and include Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Informed Care, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Family/Couple counseling. I see my role as assisting our patients in developing new ideas on coping and personal growth.
