I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As an advanced nursing professional I believe in providing safe, high-quality, and inspired psychiatric care that is patient-centered, holistic, and collaborative. I am enthusiastic about bringing a spirit of compassion, inclusion, tolerance, connection, and authenticity to my personal and professional communities and my patient encounters.

My personal interests include gardening and homesteading, cooking, arts and literature, travel, SCUBA, exercise, and meditation. I have remained involved in a protector-based martial art rooted in ninjutsu for more than 15 years and continue to be an active student and volunteer coach for both youth and adults.
