About Shyanne Wentt

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who earned my Master’s degree in Social Work and feels truly honored to walk alongside individuals on their healing journeys. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults, from diverse cultural backgrounds, and BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I believe in meeting clients where they are, without judgment and with genuine curiosity and care. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meaning we work together to understand your experiences, identify your strengths, and create goals that feel meaningful to you. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment where you can show up as your authentic self, feel heard and respected, and feel empowered to explore and heal.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and a range of other mental health concerns. I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. Therapy is a journey, and you do not have to walk alone. I draw from therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, and play therapy, among others

Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, spending quality time with my family, watching shows, exploring my surroundings, and winding down with a good cup of tea.
