Hello, I’m an adolescent and family therapist based out of Sarasota, Fl. I am passionate about helping youth and families who are struggling with intense emotions, difficulty expressing themselves, and who are having frequent conflicts at home or school. I can offer after-school hours and weekend hours. I can also help parents who may feel overwhelmed and unsure how to support their loved one. I can offer skills that build emotional regulation, anger mgmt, and healthy communication patterns.
