Scott Kramer
Vice President of Strategic Finance
As the Vice President of Strategic Finance at Elite DNA Behavioral Health, Scott Kramer leads the development of the company’s long-term financial strategy, with a focus on financial planning, modeling, and analysis to support data-driven decision making and foster sustainable growth.
Before joining Elite DNA, Scott spent a decade in investment banking, most recently at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where he advised middle-market physician practices and behavioral health companies. Prior to that, he worked in healthcare investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Over the course of his banking career, Scott closed more than 30 transactions totaling over $20 billion in transaction value.
Earlier in his career, Scott held roles in audit and assurance at Deloitte and in corporate finance at Forest Laboratories. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Miami University and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Outside of work, Scott is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son and daughter and their Goldendoodle.
