About Sasha Peays

Sasha Peays is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with over 10 years of experience supporting children, families, and communities through trauma-informed, relationship-centered care. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has spent much of her career helping individuals and families navigate difficult life experiences, transitions, and complex systems with compassion and support.

Before joining Elite DNA Behavioral Health, Sasha worked within child welfare systems in both Pennsylvania and Florida, where she gained extensive experience in family advocacy, crisis support, trauma-informed practice, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Sasha believes therapy should feel supportive, genuine, and empowering. She values creating a space where clients feel comfortable showing up as themselves while working through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem concerns, family challenges, and major life transitions.
