I utilize various modalities in my approach including Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, and mindfulness. I also enjoy implementing art therapy-related techniques or activities in the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide a space that is compassionate and non-judgmental for you to feel safe in sharing your story.
