About Samantha Gorta

Starting therapy takes courage, and just by being here, you’ve already taken an important step. I work with both youth and adults in a space that’s supportive, creative, and even fun. Whether you’re working through past trauma, navigating current life changes, or simply looking to grow, you are welcome exactly as you are — there’s no “perfect” time to start therapy, and I’m so glad you’re here now.

I’m trained in and utilize a variety of approaches to support each client’s unique journey, including CBT, DBT, MI, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Art Therapy Techniques. When working with children and teens, I also incorporate Play Therapy to support expression, connection, and healing in a developmentally appropriate way. For those navigating trauma, I incorporate evidence-based methods such as TF-CBT, EMDR, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support healing in a safe and empowering way.

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating — it can be a space of safety, growth, and even joy. Let’s take the next step together.
