As humans, sometimes the fact of realizing that we need support, and asking for it, might be the most crucial and humbling step we might take in our lives. As providers at Elite DNA, our mission is to be a mental ally and service collaborator when that moment shows up, working hand in hand with our clients to help them rise and reach their goals; it is a fine combination of art and science. My approach is simple and patient-centered: listen carefully, speak less, and create that special bond that builds trust and guidance in the first place. I create a secure, judgment free environment, with no stigma, no wrong answers, and a willingness to offer professional coaching and education through a personalized medication management plan. However, far beyond any possible treatment, I want my patients to find a real purpose in life to regain their joy, focus, and a calm confidence.

Reynier’s nursing background extends for 10 years (Critical care, Anesthesia, Psychiatry), but his true passion and drive is Mental Health. He received his MSN/ PMHNP-BC degree from Florida International University, and he is currently finishing his Doctor in Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with focus on ADHD diagnosis and treatment.
