I believe that people can reach their highest potential when provided the right tools and an environment that makes them feel safe. I have been working as a counselor for 19 years, and I have experience working with children as young as 5 years old through adulthood, as well as individual and family counseling. My approach to counseling primarily consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also trained in EMDR, TFCBT, DBT, and Mindfulness.
