About Re’al Hallman

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin? You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I am Réal (pronounced Ray-el), a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, originally from Houston, Texas. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and truly centered around you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable showing up as your full self.

I provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive care for children, teens, and adults navigating stress, emotional distress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and feeling stuck or disconnected. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and other strategies tailored to your unique needs.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a wife and a creative with a love for both music and content creation, which reflects my value for expression, connection, and authenticity. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing.
