About Rachel Webster
Rachel Webster is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) providing telehealth/In-Person therapy to children, adolescents, and adults throughout Florida. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Capella University, where she graduated with distinction in 2025, and is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to every client she serves.
Before joining Elite DNA Behavioral Health, Rachel gained clinical experience working with a broad and diverse caseload, supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral challenges, adjustment disorders, and a wide range of childhood and adolescent mental health concerns. Her background includes work with child welfare populations, which deepened her commitment to trauma-informed, family-centered care and her belief that every person deserves to be met with respect, patience, and genuine understanding.
Rachel’s approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and thoughtfully adapted to each individual’s unique needs. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, play therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques, and family systems theory to provide care that is both effective and responsive to the whole person.
Known for her ability to build trust with even the most hesitant clients, Rachel creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where children, teens, and adults alike feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. She is passionate about making mental health care accessible and stigma-free. She approaches every session with the belief that meaningful change is possible for anyone willing to take that first step.
