My approach to therapy is solution focused. I want to help my patients create goals and help them reach those goals by the end of treatment. I use a variety of modalities including: motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused treatment, behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. I want my patients to leave feeling empowered and confident.
