About Quynh Dao

Quynh Dao, or Dao, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Florida. She provides comprehensive mental health care for individuals across the lifespan, offering both medication management and psychotherapy through telehealth and in-person appointments. She earned her master’s degree from Purdue Global with a 4.0 GPA and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Before joining Elite DNA, Dao spent more than 10 years at Baptist Behavioral Health, where she served in a variety of roles, including registered nurse, charge nurse, house supervisor, and psychiatric nurse practitioner. Throughout her career, she has cared for both children and adults with a wide range of mental health conditions. She also worked part-time in the adult inpatient psychiatric unit at Lakeview Center and gained experience treating individuals with addictions at Banyan Treatment Center.

Having grown up in Vietnam, Dao brings a multicultural perspective that helps her connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. Her extensive inpatient experience provides a strong foundation for delivering compassionate, high-quality outpatient care at Elite DNA. By understanding both inpatient and outpatient treatment, she is committed to guiding patients through every stage of their recovery, promoting continuity of care, and helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
