Philip Cirrone
Chief Growth Officer
As Chief Growth Officer, Philip Cirrone plays a key role in the advancement of Elite DNA Behavioral Health. A long-tenured leader, Philip’s role has evolved with the company’s growth, originally overseeing all areas of a single clinic to now driving initiatives that widely impact the development of a now multi-state network of nearly 40 clinics.
A dynamic leader with community wellness at the forefront, Philip oversees new market growth, clinical talent recruitment, payer relations, and long-term strategic planning for Elite DNA.
Philip partners with many of Elite DNA’s leaders – including operations and marketing – to ensure our growth trajectory is supported by the infrastructure needed to sustain it.
Philip is a native of Long Island, and is frequently involved in providing educational and developmental resources to students of local colleges, businesses, and vocational training centers. Philip lends his time to several boards, including the FGCU Alumni Association, the Center for Progress and Excellence Inc., and the Lee County Continuum of Care.
