About Perscilla Roberts

My therapeutic approach is centered around Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches are modified based on the patient’s needs. I have worked with kids and adolescents regarding mental health, mood disorders, and trauma. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgemental environment to help individuals heal and become aware of their inner strengths.
