With a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which can be particularly effective for processing trauma and distressing memories.
My approach to therapy focuses on empowering you to make personal decisions and recognize your inner strengths. I integrate various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and grounding techniques, to provide a holistic and personalized treatment plan. Mindfulness encourages present-moment awareness, reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being. At the same time, grounding techniques help you stay connected to the present, providing stability and reducing anxiety during moments of distress.
