About Patrece Martin

I believe therapy works best when it feels purposeful and focused on where you want to go. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative at its core. Together we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of genuine growth and work to shift it. Rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) I tailor sessions to your unique needs helping you understand patterns, explore different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion while building practical skills that create meaningful, lasting change over time.

I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem, identity, relationship challenges and life transitions. I also have a passion for supporting individuals facing the unique pressures that can come with cultural identity; whether that’s balancing family expectations, reconciling different value systems, or understanding yourself across different worlds.

Whatever brings you in, I hope to foster a supportive and nonjudgemental space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to take ownership of your story
