About Olivia Lauzon
My therapeutic style is a blend of compassion, empathy, and candor. I am passionate about fostering a strong and trusting relationship with all of my clients. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and your life, and that my role is to utilize my education and experience to collaborate with you in your healing process.
My goal is to understand and honor your needs, and I utilize a combination of modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques) to best serve you. My priority is to provide a trauma-informed approach. My specialties include trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, women’s mental health, and first responders and military/veterans and their families.
