About Nyema Murray

Hi, I’m Nyema Murray, a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) who is passionate about helping adults navigate addiction, trauma, and the challenges that can come with healing and personal growth. I believe that therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported, so I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning I see you as the expert of your own life. Together, we’ll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build practical tools to support lasting recovery and emotional well-being. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals who are working through addiction and past trauma, and I approach this work with empathy, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a new mom and a proud dog mom to two. Becoming a parent has deepened my appreciation for resilience, balance, and self-compassion—values that I bring into my work with clients every day.

I am currently pursuing full licensure in clinical social work and remain committed to ongoing learning so I can continue providing thoughtful, effective care. My goal is to walk alongside you in your healing process and help you build a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
