Nikita Primm, LCSW-s

Nikita Primm is a dedicated clinical social worker with extensive experience in mental health, crisis intervention, and clinical leadership across outpatient, community-based, correctional, and military settings. She is passionate about helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Nikita provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to therapy while creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly process emotions, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and individuals from diverse backgrounds facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

She also has experiences in working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness (SMI), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and complex trauma. Nikita understands that every client’s experience is unique and believes in providing individualized, person-centered care that promotes dignity, stability, and long-term wellness. Her therapeutic style focuses on meeting clients where they are while helping them build resilience, emotional wellness, confidence, and stability. Nikita believes healing begins with feeling heard, valued, and genuinely supported.

Prior to joining Elite DNA Behavioral Health, Nikita served in multiple clinical and leadership roles throughout Virginia, specializing in clinical supervision, case management, patient advocacy, program development, and individual and group counseling. She is also a proud United States Marine Corps veteran, bringing empathy, leadership, and dedication into every aspect of her work with clients.
Nikita earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and remains committed to advocating for compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families.
