About Nicole Bogue
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of New England in 2020 and became licensed in 2023. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, stress management, behavioral challenges, and relationship concerns. I also have over five years of experience in child welfare and child dependency.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also incorporate art therapy and play therapy techniques when appropriate.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where my patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I am passionate about helping individuals build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and heal from past experiences. I believe patients are the experts on their own lives, and I consider it an honor and privilege to walk alongside my patients, offering guidance, knowledge, and support tailored to their individual needs.
