I utilize an eclectic mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-related therapy, existential therapy, and psychodynamics with a person-centered, holistic approach. I aim to meet my patients where they are and move them to where they want to be. I cultivate a caring, nonjudgmental practice. I believe that healing and wellness vary with different patients.
