About Nia Watts

As an empathetic and compassionate therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals regain control of their lives and develop the confidence to navigate the challenges they face. My approach is rooted in advocacy for my clients, ensuring they have the support they need to cultivate a sense of self-empowerment. I use a variety of approaches, including person-centered, trauma-focused, holistic, and multi-generational methods, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with chronic and persistent psychosis, adolescents, families, PTSD, trauma, and veterans. My work is built on a foundation of empathy, trust, and a commitment to creating a safe space for self-exploration and healing. As your clinician, my goal is to guide you in self-discovery, providing tools to build resilience and face life’s challenges with confidence, whether you’re navigating past trauma, current struggles, or personal growth, and partnering with you on your journey toward healing and empowerment.
