About Naomi Mack

Naomi Mack (she/her), RMHCI, is a registered mental health counselor intern working with adolescents, adults, and couples who often feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the lasting impacts of intergenerational trauma. Many of her patients also struggle with ADHD, navigating identity concerns, relationship difficulties, and LGBTQ+ issues.

Naomi’s approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from mindfulness-based, existential, and cognitive-behavioral therapy training, always through a trauma-informed and person-centered lens. This means that sessions move at your pace, with you as the expert of your own story. She believes healing doesn’t just happen in the mind and will often encourage mind-body practices in sessions. As a former student-athlete, Naomi understands the restorative power of safe, intentional movement and our connection to the natural world, with others, and with ourselves.

When life feels overwhelming or disconnected, it can be hard to know where to start, or where to pick it back up. Naomi is passionate about providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore, heal, and reconnect with yourself. Patients who work with her often describe feeling more confident in their ability to cope with life’s challenges, more open to new experiences, and better equipped with all-around tools to regulate emotions (mind, body, and spirit).
