I believe therapy is all about healing and growing at one’s own pace. It can be intimidating to get help or confide in someone and that’s okay. I like to let my clients know they are in a safe space with no judgements. My primary methods of treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Christian-based counseling. By helping clients focus more on the present, I will help you learn how to let go of your inner demons and bring you to a state of tranquility. I’ve been in your shoes, and I know how hard it is to be in a battle with your thoughts. You are not alone!

I offer services primarily working with teenagers and adult women struggling with Major Depression, Anxiety/Panic Disorder, Pregnancy, Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Anxiety/OCD, and Individuals who struggle with vision loss/impairments.
