About Nadia Rohlfs
Hi, I’m Nadia, and I am so happy you are here! I am an Associate Therapist who believes that you are the expert of your own life. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration and curiosity. I used strength-based and person-centered practices, while also exploring the impact of family systems and relationships on your lived experiences. I see therapy as a process where we’ll work together to explore what’s coming up for you, in a way that feels safe, respectful, and at your pace.
I have a specialization in trauma-informed care and always strive to create a space that feels grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental. I also work from a strength-based perspective, which means I focus on recognizing and building on the resilience, skills, and wisdom you already carry—sometimes even when it’s hard to see it yourself. Whether you’re working through past trauma, navigating life transitions, managing stress, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with kindness and curiosity. I welcome people from all backgrounds and work with individuals of all ages and identities.
A little about me: I’m originally from Massachusetts, and I now share life with my one-eyed dog, Milo—who reminds me daily of the power of resilience and connection. I value authenticity, compassion, and humor, and I try to bring those qualities into my work with clients.
Starting therapy is a brave step. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’d be honored to work with you.
