About Molly Toomey
Welcome – I’m Glad You’re Here!
I’m a therapist with a background in both psychology and criminal justice, holding a bachelor’s degree from Anna Maria College (2012) and a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and Forensic Psychology from Capella University (2025).
My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges, including PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and adjustment-related issues. I also have several years of experience supporting juvenile offenders, both as a case manager and through direct therapeutic work during my practicum and internship.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth. My approach centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop practical skills for lasting change.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or working toward long-term goals, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
