Hey! I’m Melissa, an Associate Therapist here in the Gainesville office. When it comes to mental health, I am passionate about helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use, and those experiencing relationship issues.

I like to use a client-centered approach which empowers you to reach your goals. My favorite therapy styles are CBT and Motivational Interviewing. Everyone’s path to healing looks different and is not always easy, but you are not alone. We can take these steps together, one at a time, in a therapeutic and safe environment.
