About Meghan Woods
I take a holistic perspective to counseling, believing that we are whole beings with psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. We are all unique individuals with different strengths and needs, and therefore there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I have a lot of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and am passionate about serving the disability population. My specialties include depression, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, as well as Christian-based counseling. I operate from a person-centered framework allowing my clients to lead while also pulling from modalities such as ACT, DBT, and CBT.
