About Meggie Schneider

I take a holistic, client-centered approach to mental health, recognizing that well-being is deeply connected to all areas of life, including physical health, relationships, and our environment. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity-related concerns.

I am passionate about supporting clients in building healthy relationships, setting boundaries, exploring identity and values, and incorporating movement and wellness into their daily lives. My approach focuses on helping individuals develop practical, personalized tools to manage distress while also fostering self-compassion and acceptance.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based strategies, and tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Above all, I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space, as I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting change.
