About Megan Santiago

I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. My background in Alternative Medicine contributes to my holistic mind-body approach. I help individuals calm their nervous systems, feel confident, improve people pleasing tendencies, develop healthy relationship skills and reduce anxiety and depression symptoms.

I utilize mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapies to treat a client’s individualized concerns. I offer Christian counseling, but I also see clients of all religious backgrounds. I look forward to getting to know about you!
